When should I subscribe?
You can subscribe once you have your Discovery Set and are ready to continue your routine with monthly refills.
What is included in each monthly refill pack?
Each refill pack contains five 10ml serum sachets, designed to replenish your original MIA+ bottles.
Can I buy refills without subscribing?
Yes. One-time refill packs will also be available through the Shop, while Membership offers preferred pricing and automatic monthly delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my Membership?
You can manage your Membership through your customer account, including pausing, skipping or cancelling future refill deliveries before your next billing date.
Do I need to repeat the DNA test?
No. Your DNA test is completed once. Your personalised profile and dose code continue to guide your routine in the Genefluence app.
Are the refill sachets recyclable?
Not currently. Our refill sachets are designed to use significantly less packaging than replacing five new glass bottles and droppers, reducing packaging by 96% by weight. We continue to review more recyclable refill materials as they become suitable for cosmetic formulations.
